Capturing Your Special Moments

Hi there everyone! My name is Kelly.

I started Rose Colored Lens Photography in 2022 after a lifetime of appreciating and creating art. It has been a joy to learn and experience the creativity of photography! I spend a lot of my time behind a camera, but when I'm not working I am spending time with my family.
 
I have twin toddler boys and an 10 year-old daughter, so you can imagine that I have my hands full and stay very busy! My children are the greatest loves of my life, I truly love being a mom so much! I also have two dogs- Charlie + Lady.

My favorite color is pink... if you couldn't tell by my website or the name of my business! My favorite food is pretty much anything you can find on a charcuterie board. I love the fall, it's my most favorite of all the seasons! I'm not a coffee drinker; I prefer a warm, calming cup of tea over the jitters of coffee.

I love to thrift shop, and slow mornings spent with my kids, browsing farmers' markets and antique shops are my idea of time well spent. I also enjoy decorating and planning parties or events for my family and friends.
​
I'm fascinated by royal history, which might show in some of the romantic style of my photography. The Renaissance and Baroque eras inspire a lot of my vision.
​
"Free time" is a myth in my house, but if I do ever get any I love reading a good book (or five).
​
I recently graduated with my associate's degree and am now working on my bachelor's. If I could major in EVERYTHING and not go broke then I would. I love learning for learning's sake!
